HOW TO REDEEM:

• Visit www.yatra.com
• Please select your Flight/Hotel/Bus and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
• On payments page, Select 'Gift Voucher' as your Payment Mode.
• Enter your Gift Card Number (16 Digit) and 6 Digit PIN.
• Click on 'Pay Now' and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed.



IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

• E-Vouchers once redeemed cannot be cancelled.
• The validity period on the E-Vouchers is for 365 days.
• Multiple E-Voucher upto 3 can be redeemed on a single order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Gift Card is valid for 1 Year from the date of activation.
• Gift Card can be redeemed only at www.yatra.com.
• Gift Card is valid for booking of
• Flights (Domestic/International)
• Hotels (Domestic)
• Buses (Domestic)
• Holidays (Domestic/International)
• In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card.
• Holidays (domestic/international) can be redeemed offline only by calling 0124 – 4883876 / 3877 between 10AM to 7PM (all seven days).
• In case of any query:

• Alternatively you can also write to: coepromoteam@yatra.com.
• Gift Card is valid for multiple/partial redemption. Multiple transactions can be performed on Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted during the validity period.
• Multiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used in single transaction.
• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the Gift Card value)
• If an Gift Card is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
• This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com.
• No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the Gift Cards.
• Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
• Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using Gift Card during booking.
• No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this Gift Card.
• In case of cancellations, where EGV is valid, amount (as applicable after deducting cancellation, rescheduling and any other charges) will be refunded back to the EGV.
• In case of cancellations, where Gift Card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by Gift Card.
• All the terms and conditions of the Gift Card as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned on the website www.yatra.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.
• Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
• Customers can check the balance ONLINE using their Gift Card Credentials on https://www.woohoo.in/balenq
• This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.
